10664 Gilbert Augustus Bradner - March 17, 1800 - July 15, 1890. Son of John and Margaret Howell Bradner. Husband of Olive Stades Bradner.
Newspaper Obituary - Monday, July 21, 1890 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, July 20 - Gilbert A. Bradner, one of the oldest inhabitants of the town of Richland, passed peacefully away Tuesday morning at the residence of his oldest son, James Bradner at South Richland. Mr. Bradner was born in Orange county, March 17, 1800 and came to this town when 17 years old. This town and village was but a vast wilderness at that time which he helped to clear and make it what it is to-day. He has borne the character of an intelligent and, yet, a useful man in all the relations of life. He leaves three sons and three daughters, James Bradner of South Richland, George W. Bradner of Mexico, Mrs. L. L. Graves of Scriba, Mrs. Allen Davis of Scriba, Mrs. Capt. F. A. Pitcher of Cleveland, Ohio, and Dr. F. J. Bradner of this village.
Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 24, 1890 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - We are again called upon to announce the death of an old and highly respected citizen of the town of Richland, Mr. Gilbert A. Mr. Bradner has always borne the character of an intelligent and honorable citizen, a good and kind neighbor, an unobtrusive and yet a useful man in all the relations of life. The death of Mr. Bradner removes one of the earliest settlers of this county while industry and perseverance sought out homes in this section when the country was new, wild and uncultivated, and by an energy and industry, which can scarcely be comprehended by the present generation, made the wilderness to blossom as the rose and the prosperous and fruitful country created by their hands from the wild and unpromising wilderness which they first encountered, to their beat monument. The present generation cannot appreciate their memory too highly. He leaves the following sons and daughters: James B. Bradner, of South Richland; Mrs. L. L. Groves, of Scribe; Mrs. Allen Davis, of Oswego; George W. Bradner, of Mexico; Mrs. F. A. Pitcher, of Cleveland, 0.; and Dr. F. J. Bradner, Pulaski.

10674 Gladys Mae Colvin - September 19,1902 -November 23,1906. Daughter of Arthur C. and Emma Jane Waggoner Colvin.

Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 23, 1905 The Syracuse Journal - Syracuse, New York - Child Swallows Strychnine - Little Gladys Colvin Takes Tablets From Grandma's Trunk - Her Death Follows - Pulaski, November 23 - Gladys Colvin, the 3- year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Colvin, of Port street, died last evening as the result of eating strychnine tablets. Mrs. Levi Colvin, grandmother of the child, had been arranging to visit Liverpool to-day, and during yesterday forenoon was packing a trunk, and in which she placed a box of strychnine tablets, which her prescribed for heart trouble from which she is subject. While the family was at dinner little Gladys was playing about the room where the trunk was being packed, and finding the tablets swallowed a number of them, thinking they were candy. When the child's grandmother entered the room to complete the packing of the trunk the little one was there still at play, and at about 1 o'clock was suddenly taken ill and became rigid. It was then learned that she had been eating the tablets, and Dr. James L. More and Dr. Fenton E. MacCallum were summoned by telephone, and responded immediately. Antidotes were administered, and the child, after a time, began to improve, the two physicians remaining some time. Just before 5 o'clock last evening the little one was taken worse, and died a few moments after, before a physician could reach the house. The child, it is thought, took fully half a grain of the poison, sufficient to kill an adult.

November 22, 1905 ~ Gladys Mae Colvin, age 3 years, 2 months, 3 days, born in Pulaski, Daughter of Arthur E. Colvin born in New York, and Emma Wiley born in Pennsylvania, Died in Pulaski of strychnine poisoning.
