She was subject to fits and is supposed to have fallen into the water while in a helpless condition. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Sperling. Thomas Bonney and wife had these children: John W., our subject ; Rhoda F., George, and Frederick, of whom Rhoda and George are deceased. John W. was educated in Albion, Oswego county. and is a farmer. He married March 25. UM, Hattie, daughter of Jackson and Sophia (West) Lewis, of Orwell. Oswego county, and their children are Eugene E., George Addison, Frank T.. and Claude L. Eugene married ldell Comstock, of Onondaga county, and has one child, Leta Gale Bonney. Newspaper Article - Wednesday, April 8, 1896 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Personal - Mr. S. P. Dillenbeck passed his seventy-ninth birthday Saturday and during the day he was favored with several calls from his friends. Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 11, 1903 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Simon P. Dillenbeck died Thursday, at the home of his son, E. D. Dillenbeck, with whom he had resided for some time. He was born in Montgomery County on April 4, 1817. He is survived by a son, E. D. Dillenbeck, and a daughter, Mrs. Jefferson Runyan, both of this village. For many years he conducted a grocery store. He helped organize the old 81st Regiment that went out from Pulaski in 1861. He was deputy sheriff one term under Dr. F. S. Low, and while holding this office made the arrest of Orlando Greenfield for the murder of his wife in Orwell.
