| 4165 | Class of 1955 PACS FLOYD NOLAN - TEACHER, BUSINESS OWNER Watertown Daily Times (NY) - August 8, 2003 Floyd “Spike” Nolan, 65, of 80 Rainbow Shores Road, town of Richland, died Wednesday in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. Mr. Nolan was a small-engines instructor for 23 years at the Oswego County Board of Cooperative Educational Services in Mexico, retiring in 2001. He previously owned and operated Center Tool in Pulaski for 25 years. Born March 10, 1938, in Syracuse, son of Floyd and Geraldine Gressler Nolan, he graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1955 and served in the Army from 1957 to 1962. A marriage ended in divorce. He was a member of Pulaski Kiwanis Club, was a fund-raiser for the Children’s Miracle Network and was a snowmobile and Harley motorcycle enthusiast. Surviving are two sons, Patrick, Pulaski, and Joseph, Holly Springs, N.C.; his companion, Patricia Ingraham, Pulaski; a sister, Jermey Maxwell, Las Vegas, Nev., and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. "Bev" McEachern Times Telegram (Herkimer, Little Falls, NY) (Published as Evening Telegram, The (Herkimer, NY)) - August 7, 2004 Was active in the Boy Scouts of America HERKIMER - Beverly A. "Bev" McEachern, 66, a longtime Herkimer resident, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Aug. 6, 2004, at her home. She was born Nov. 3, 1937, in Utica, NY, the daughter of the late Carl and Bethal (Crow) Falvey. Bev attended Redford Free School, and graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1955, and furthered her education at Albany State University, graduating in 1959. Her marriage to William McEachern took place on Aug. 11, 1962, at St. Mary's Church in Florence, N.Y. Mrs. McEachern was a member of the Church of Sts. Anthony and Joseph in Herkimer, and was also a member of the Herkimer Elks Ladies Auxiliary. Bev was also active in the Boy Scouts of America, General Herkimer Council where she received many awards. Bev was a loving and caring person, having a special place in her heart for her husband, children, and her cherished grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William "Bill"; two sons, Shawn McEachern of Jackson, Wyo. and Timothy McEachern and wife Andrea of Spencertown, N.Y.; a daughter, Tracy Tassinari and husband Samuel of Spencertown, N.Y.; a brother, Charles Falvey and wife Susan of Saco, Maine; a sister, Patricia Sagnella and husband Pasquale of Mattydale, N.Y.; five grandchildren, William, Frieda, Emma, Jack and Alice; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her in-laws, Elizabeth and Morris Volk of East Herkimer and Jane Smith of New Jersey. Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. from the Holleran-Enea Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, and at 10 a.m. from the Church of Sts. Anthony and Joseph, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Ligato, pastor. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Florence, N.Y. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Sunday, Aug. 8, 2004, from 5-8 p.m. All memorial contributions in Bev's name may be made to the Revolutionary Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America. | 4167 | Class of 1955 PACS Frederick D. Dawley - October 22, 1937 - July 8, 2014) - Frederick “Bud” D. Dawley, age 76, resident of Fulton, passed away Tuesday at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego. He was a resident of Fulton for the past 16 years, and had previously lived in Phoenix for 28 years, and Pulaski prior to that. He was born October 22, 1937 in Pulaski, the son of Winfred and Marie Mangus Dawley. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1955. Frederick served in the United States Army from 1956 until 1957. He married Joann “Cherie” Littler on August 27, 1966. He was employed by P&C Food Markets for 31 years, retiring in 1997. He was previously employed by NYS Department of Transportation. Frederick was member of Teamsters Local #317 of Syracuse and the Fulton VFW. Surviving are his wife Joann “Cherie” Dawley of Fulton, two daughters, Traci (Charlie) Fitch of Macedon and Lori (Michael) Dawley Fields of Brewerton, three grandchildren, Carlie Fields and Jessie Pickreign, and Caleb Fitch, and two great-grandsons, Dominic and Leilenn Backes. Frederick was predeceased by his parents and one stepson, Scott Petrie who passed away in 2000. He passed away in October of 1988. Alice was the co-owner of the Maple View Inn and was most recently employed by the Post Standard as a paper carrier. Surviving are three daughters, Doreen (Tom) Auffhammer, Syracuse, Tammy Koch (Barry Marcano), Parish, Deanna Koch, Raleigh NC; two sons, Timothy (Bernadette) Koch, Pulaski, Val (Elaine) Koch, Camden; one brother, Hank (Chris) Skotniski , and a sister in-law, Vi Skotniski; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. Alice was predeceased by four sisters, Stella Bentley, Mary Sweet, Julia Skotniski and Mildred Paronett; and three brothers, Walter, Joseph and Edwin Skotniski.
