Ingraham, 60, of 3127 County Route 15, died Saturday at his home, where he had been under the care of Oswego County Hospice. He had been ill with skin cancer. Mr. Ingraham was a state trooper, serving in Fonda, North Syracuse, Lowville and Pulaski. He was promoted to investigator for the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in 1963 and worked in Lowville and Pulaski until retirement in 1988, serving a total of 25 years. After retiring from the state police, he served as Pulaski village police chief from 1990 to 2000. Bom August 23, 1941, in Rochester, son of Robert and Rita Roesch Ingraham, he attended St. Augustine Grammar School and graduated from Edison Technical Industrial High School, both of Rochester, and from the New York State Police Academy. He married Patricia R. Sanderson on September 30, 1967, in Pulaski. He was a member of Upstate Cruisers Motorcycle Club, Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Police Benevolent Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police. Surviving besides wife are two daughters and a son-in-law, Kristine and Raymond Clark, Orwell, and Amber Ingraham, Pulaski; a son Garrett Ingraham, Utica, and several cousins. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Park United Methodist Church with the Rev. Betsy Mowry, former pastor, officiating. Spring burial will be in Daysville Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. Donations may be made to Friendship Thrift Shop, P.O. Box 166, Lacona, New York 13083.

8853 David G Mullin, 74, Bushnell, FL
David G. Mullin, age 74, a winter resident of Bushnell, FL passed peacefully into Glory at his Bushnell residence while surrounded by his loving family on May 18, 2017. David was born February 6, 1943 on the family farm where he was raised in Mannsville, N.Y. to the late Victor Ellis and Clara (Fitzgerald) Mullin. He served as the Pastor of the Mannsville Full Gospel Assembly for over 40 years and was also a Dairy Farmer and Carpenter. David was a talented gardener who loved growing flowers and a former member of the Sandy Creek Grange in Sandy Creek, N.Y. He also greatly enjoyed woodworking. David had made numerous trips to Florida over the years and was a "snowbird" resident of Bushnell, FL for the last 10 years. While in Florida, he attended worship services at the Cross Connection Church of Bushnell. Those left to mourn David's passing are his wife of 10 years, Marie (Cummins) Mullin; sons: Gary Mullin of Sandy Creek, N.Y., Thomas Mullin and his wife Diane of North Syracuse, N.Y., Philip Mullin and his wife Kristi of Canastota, N.Y.; daughters: Debbie Diamond and her husband Robert of St. Joseph, MO, Rebecca Yelle and her husband Steven of Clayton, N.Y.; stepson, John Wood and his wife Robbin of Sandy Creek, N.Y.; stepdaughter, Roberta Clark and her husband Richard of Citra, FL; brothers: Ivan Mullin and his wife Pearl of Scottsville, N.Y., Allen Mullin and his wife Diana of Bushnell, FL; sisters: Mary Gingerich and her husband Steven of Inverness, FL, Clara Elrod of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Betsey Corson; wife of 9 years, Judy (Mills) Potter; son, David D. Mullin; brother, Victor Mullin; and sisters: Ella Mae Blount and Laurentine Rogers. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for David will be held at the Cross Connection Church of Bushnell (formerly called Bushnell Assembly of God) Monday, May 22nd 6:30 PM. A 2nd Memorial Service is planned for David in Mannsville, N.Y. on Saturday, May 27th 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Team Haiti-4-Jesus, PO Box 39, Mannsville, NY 13661. David J. Richardson, 54, of 24 High St., died of blood poisoning Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, Syracuse.

Mr. Richardson was an electrician since 1969 at the nuclear power plants in Scriba and at Oswego Steam Station. He previously worked at Pulaski Bowling Center and Hancock Field, Mattydale, and was a partner in Ric-Sac Co.

He was a member and treasurer of the former International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 328, Oswego, and had been treasurer of IBEW Oswego-Syracuse Local 43, of which he had been a member for 28 years.

He was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church, Elms Golf Club, Pulaski Masonic Lodge and Robert Edwards American Legion Post 358. He was a former village trustee and a member of the Pulaski Fraternal Bowling League.

Born April 8, 1943, in Syracuse, son of Albert and Marjorie I. Johnson Richardson, he graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1961 and served in the Navy from 1961 to 1967.

He married Barbara N. Horton on Dec. 28, 1963.

Surviving besides his wife and mother are a son, Bradley D., and a daughter, Laura, all of Pulaski; a brother, Dickie L., Mexico; a sister, Joanne Fallon, Syracuse, a grandson and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Pulaski Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Varnum officiating. Spring burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.

Calling hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home.

Donations may be made to the Oswego County unit of the American Cancer Society.

David Jay Smith, 75, of New Smyrna Beach, FL, peacefully passed away on June 8, 2014 at Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler's Southeast Care Center in Edgewater, FL. After being raised in Pierrepont Manor, NY, by his parents Winford and Cora Maxine Smith, he served in the US Army from 1959-1963. David then worked in sales at Kimberly Clark, Mid-State Litho and Southern Wines and Spirits. He established a lawn care business called The Lawnsmith, which has been taken over by his son, Jay Smith. David and his wife Sookie moved to New Smyrna Beach in 2005 where he became a member of the NSB Municipal Golf Course. Besides golf, Dave enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, college basketball and discussing current events. David is survived by his wife Sharon (Sookie), son Jay Smith (Michele) of Pulaski, NY, daughter Stefanie Brietzke (Donald), their children Christopher, Maddison, Abigayle and Carter Brietzke of Dansville, NY, a sister Inga "Jeanne" Scott (Edward) of Bluffton, SC, and a brother Bradley Smith (Nancy) of Pierrepont Manor, NY.

A celebration of David's life will be held at Foster-Hax Funeral Home in Pulaski, NY on July 11 from 3-5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the celebration to help honor Dave with two lasting memorials: a plaque on the Beacon of Light Wall of Honor located in the foyer of Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler's Southeast Care Center in Edgewater and a brick in the walkway at Bert Fish Hospital, New Smyrna Beach. The compassionate care David received from the staff at both of these facilities greatly enhanced the quality of his life in these last few years. David L. Clark, 43, of County Route 4 died Tuesday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, Syracuse, after a long illness.

Mr. Clark was a life resident of Central Square. He was the owner of C.M. Gibbs Inc., an awning and tent company on West Fayette Street, Syracuse.

Mr. Clark was a member of the Universalist Church of Central Square, the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Institute of Syracuse.

Surviving are a son, Ricky of Liverpool; a daughter, Debra Pardee of Central Square; two brothers, Marwin ``Bill'' of Central Square and Warren of Hastings; two sisters, Virginia Ladd and Vera Nessmiller, both of Central Square; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Watson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 206 S. Main St.

A celebration of life service for David M. Muir, 32, Altmar, will be Jan. 25 in Sebastian, Fla.

Mr. Muir died Jan. 4 in a house fire in Richland that claimed the life of his longtime girlfriend, Michelle Lance, and six members of her family.

Local services will be at a later date. Arrangements are with Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek.

Mr. Muir was an equipment operator in Florida.

Born July 12, 1976, in Oswego, son of Kenneth A. Sr. and Beatrice Webb Muir, he was raised in Williamstown, graduated from Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central school, Parish, resided in Sebastian and returned to New York three years ago.

Surviving are three brothers, Kenneth A. Jr., of Sebastian, and Christopher and Richard Cook, both of Constantia; two sisters, Shelly Cook, Brick, N.J., and Christine Clement, Bernhards Bay; his mother's longtime companion who helped raise him, Randall "Papa" Muir; his paternal grandmother, Marie Muir, Vero Beach, Fla.; his maternal grandmother, Jeanne Seamans, Copenhagen, and a large extended family.

Rogers of Hastings; a sister, Mrs. Edith Hendrickson of Danville, Pennsylvania; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Hannah Rogers of Milton, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Karen, Eugene Jr., and David Ordway; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Rogers was born May 27, 1877 at Catasauqua, Pennsylvania, the son of William and Annie Richards Rogers. He came to Pulaski in 1901 and worked for the L. J. Fainterr nursery until 1906 when he became foreman of the New York Central out of Parish for eight years. In 1916 he purchased a farm on the Old Mexico road which he operated until eight years ago when he retired and moved to his present home in Lake Street. He was united in marriage to Miss Helen Burr December 18, 1902, who died December 19, 1929. He was a member of the Methodist Church and the Pulaski Masonic Lodge.

Newspaper Obituary - Monday, January 22, 1990 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Accident Claims Local Man's Life ¬Richland - Ronald Smith Jr. of Route 13, Altmar was charged Sunday, January 14 with leaving the scene of an incident and criminally negligent homicide following the hit-and-run death of 18-year-old David Gregory of Richland Oswego County Sheriffs deputies said the incident occurred about 3 a.m. Sunday on County Route 48, three-tenths of a mile south of Pulah Drive in Richland. Mr. Gregory, of County Route 48, a pedestrian, was struck by a northbound vehicle. The victim's body was discovered by the town highway department crew about 6 a.m. while they were plowing County Route 48. Mr. Smith was arraigned before Town Justice Inga Scott and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond. District Attorney James Grose said after Mr. Smith is assigned legal counsel 1990.

He was born in 1935 in Oswego to Richard and Helen Audin Lass. He attended local schools and was married to Wilma J. Martin in 1968. He was employed for many years by the Oswego County Highway Department. Surviving besides his wife, are a son, David age 5; two daughters, Melissa Ann, 15, and Marina J., 10, and a sister in Syracuse. Services were at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, the Rev. Gerald H. Brownell, pastor of the Richland Church of Christ, officiating. Cremation will precede the funeral.

8869 David R. Webb, of Pulaski passed away on December 20, just days before his 94th birthday. Dave worked for General Electric in Liverpool for 33 years, where he was Facilities Manager at the Electronics Laboratory, before becoming Plant Manager at Eagle Comtronics, retiring in 1994. He seemed able to master everything he touched. He was an accomplished restorer of antique boats, cars, tractors, radios and other vintage equipment. He spent 16 years painstakingly restoring a 1947 ChrisCraft mahogany boat which he aptly named “Labor of Love.” Together with his son Steve, he built a beautiful home in the hamlet of Fernwood as a gift to his wife. Years earlier he had built a camp on Lake Bonaparte with other family members and loved spending time at the lake. For many years his maple syrup operation each Spring drew friends and neighbors to his rural “sugar house.” He was a member of the Radio AeroModelers model airplane club, was a licensed amateur radio operator, and was an avid beekeeper. He was active in civic affairs, having served on the Pulaski school board and, until recently, on the Town of Richland Board of Assessment Review. He was proud to have been named an Honorary Alumnus of the SUNY ESF Ranger School in Wanakena, NY. He attended Calvary Baptist Church in Pulaski.

Survivors include Connie Steward Webb, his wife of 42 years, sons Steven Webb and James Webb, daughter Carol Webb, grandchildren Justina Webb, Jessica (Chris) Carr, Tabatha (Paul) Smith, Christopher Webb, Robert Webb, James Webb, Jacob Webb and Daniel Peterson, great-grandchildren Damian Oliver and Kyra Smith, sisters Shirley Bellows, Marilyn Halsey, and Joyce Miller, sister-in-law Penny (David Martin) Steward, brother-in-law Steve (Susan) Steward, sister-in-law Joanne Steward, and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his son David W. Webb, brothers Donald Webb and Jerry Webb, and his parents Lewis and Ella Webb.

The family would like to extend its special thanks to cardiologist Dr. William Berkery for his uncommon caring and devotion to his patients and to the staff at The Cottages in Cicero for their excellent care.

Although he was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital for immediate treatment, he died soon after being admitted. Born March 18, 1967 to Robert and Sallyann Hutchinson Finster, he is survived by his parents; a brother, Eugene C. and a sister, Sarah Marie. He served in the Navy from 1964 to 1968.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Agnes Demchishin Bigelow.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, the former, Evelyn Wright; one son, Edward of Parish; one daughter, Joanne (Donald) Haynes, Parish; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Jack DeGraw, North Carolina, Danny DeGraw, Martville; two sisters, Thelma McQuiston, Fairport, Becky Dunstone, Liverpool. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday from the Harter Funeral Home, 2983 W. Main St., Parish, NY. Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. RODMAN, NY - David W. Thomas, 85, Rodman, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019, at the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, surrounded by his loving family.
Born June 23, 1934, in Watertown, NY, the son of Clark and Dorothy (Glasier) Thomas, he graduated in 1951 from Adams High School.
He married E. Jane Stewart on April 28, 1956, at the Adams Village Baptist Church.
David enlisted in the US Army in 1957 and was stationed in Germany where he and his wife resided until he was honorably discharged in 1959. The couple settled in Rodman where he worked with his father for many years selling and servicing TV’s. He then began his 20 year career as a rural mail carrier in Rodman. He later transferred to the Adams Center Post Office where he continued delivering mail until he retired.
Following their retirement, the couple enjoyed traveling throughout the US, Europe and Central America. David recently traveled to Africa in 2018 to attend his son’s wedding. Along with traveling, David enjoyed the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and going to the casino. Dave was a former member of the Rodman Fire Department.
Dave will lovingly be remembered by his wife of 63 years, Jane, three sons and their wives, Mike and Hilda Thomas, Fayetteville, NY, Randy and Patti Thomas, Rodman, Jody and Susan Thomas, Rodman, three daughters and their husbands, Tracy and Robert Nichols, Adams, Pam and Mike Ratliff, Rodman, Becky and Wes Clark, Kutztown, PA, 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Joan Mills, a great grandson, Aiden Ratliff and a daughter in law, Linda Thomas.
Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home. There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, in Fairview Cemetery in Rodman.

David James Tanner, 55, died in Williamstown Monday night, February 3, 1936, after a short illness. Mr. Tanner who was a son of the late Mr. & Mrs. William Tanner, was born at Kasoag, August 2, 1878. He had worked for the New York Central Railroad for nearly 44 years, having been section foreman at Williamstown for the past 27 years. Bailey, 58, of RD 2, Pulaski, passed away on Sunday afternoon, May 18, at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown. He was born on June 13, 1916 at Crogan, New York the son of Dell and Maude Fredenberg Bailey. He attended school at Crogan and was married to Katherine Sweatland in 1951. The couple lived all their married life in Pulaski. Mr. Bailey was employed by the Village Pulaski Department of Public Works and by the Camden Wire Company from which he retired six years ago due to ill health. During World War II he served in the Philippines. Surviving besides his wife are: one daughter, Mrs. Karen Hotaling of Pulaski; one son. Richard D. Bailey of Pulaski; one brother, Malcom Bailey of Burrville; one sister, Mrs. Richard Greengard of Bergenfi&l, New Jersey; a step-father, Fred Bush Sr. of Pulaski; one half-brother, Fred Bush Jr., also of Pulaski and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 21 at 11 a.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski with Rev. Edwin A. Potter officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.

Richard P. Davis died peacefully on November 6, 2007, at Osprey Village on Amelia Island, Florida. He was born February 6, 1925, in Pulaski, New York, and graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central School and then from the United States Naval Academy in 1946 (Class of 1947). Following three years of service as a Navy officer, he moved to Syracuse, New York, and later to Cazenovia, New York. He joined the A.H. Pond Company in 1949 and later served as president of the company for several years before he retired and moved to Florida in 1982. While he was in the Syracuse area, he was a member of the Onondaga Golf and Country Club, University Club, Century Club and Cazenovia Club, and he was on the board of KeyBank in Syracuse.

Mr. Davis is survived by his brother, John A. Davis of Beacon, New York; four sons; six grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren.

He was predeceased earlier this year by his wife, Harriet Pond Davis, and by his brother. Capt. George H. Davis, USN.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, September 11, 1901 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Davis J. Cross, who spent the greater part of his life in the town of Richland, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Salisbury, on Sunday, September 1. He has been in failing health since February from cancer of the face. Mr. Cross was born in Johnstown, New York, June 25, 1821, and came to Oswego County in infancy. His father died when he was two years old and he was adopted into the family of Harley Holmes, of Holmesville. now Fernwood. He was married in 1841 to Mary A. Babcock, of the same place, with two children, Mrs. C. M. Salisbury, of Sandy Creek, and Mrs. Jerome Perry, a Fernwood, survived the husband and father. One son Florence D., Day in Richland in 1882 aged 25 years. Mr. Cross has made his home with his daughter for the past five years. In early manhood he devoted his energies to lumbering and later to farming. He united with the Methodist Church at Richland in 1888 and became a member of the Methodist Church here in 1896 by letter. The funeral was held from the home of Mr. Salisbury Tuesday, Rev. F. K. Knapp officiating. Interment at Richland.

8882 Dawn Eileen Fiedler (Wagner), age 66, formerly of Boylston, NY, passed away April 1st in Florida. She had resided in Florida since 2009. Dawn was born July 16, 1950, the daughter of Jack and Barbara Pittman Wagner. She graduated from Barker High School in 1968 where she played bass clarinet and was selected for All State Band. Dawn also graduated from Albany Memorial School of Nursing in 1971. Dawn married Richard G. Fiedler on February 15, 1975. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for Hospice of CNY, retiring in 2007. She volunteered at NOCA for many years and was a paramedic and Director of Operations. Dawn enjoyed camping, bowling, golf and her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Richard; three daughters, Amy (John) Horack of Adams Center, Kimberly (Seth) Prater of Dayton, OH, and Michele (Michael) Zimmermann of Redfield; four brothers, David Wagner of Washington, Jeffrey Wagner of Medina, NY, Jack Wagner of New Hampshire, and Lawrence Wagner of Clarence, NY; five grandchildren, Carter, Madison, Benjamin, Henry and Harrison and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at noon, Saturday, April 15th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the funeral.
