Patrick A. Lance, 63, Pulaski, died Monday at his home.
Mr. Lance was employed by Frontier Communications for 43 years, retiring in June 2005.
Born June 30, 1943, in Glens Falls, son of Raymond and Priscilla Ritcher Lance, he graduated from Glens Falls High School.
He received a degree from a college in California and served in the Air Force.
He married Debbie Bice on July 2, 1987. A previous marriage ended in divorce.
Mr. Lance moved to Pulaski in 1980. He was a member of Robert Edwards American Legion Post 358, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7289 and the Ringgold Fire Department.
Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Patrick Jr., Troy and Raymond, all of Florida; four daughters, Denise Nelson, Washington state, Pixie Cox, Florida, Tracey Pearson, Parish, and Sonia Bice, Pulaski; a brother, Michael, California, 14 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Wiltse officiating.
Spring burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
