Mary Jane Tighe, 75, Port Street, died Saturday at Oswego Hospital.
Mrs. Tighe was employed by Babcock's Florist for several years.
Born Sept. 11, 1921, in Pulaski, daughter of Willard and Mabel Kells Manwaring, she graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1939 and attended business school in Syracuse.
She married William T. Tighe on July 21, 1944. The couple lived in Pulaski throughout their married lives. Mr. Tighe died July 8, 1967.
Mrs. Tighe was a member of Park United Methodist Church and a volunteer for the United Friends of Homeless Animals and Pulaski Sports Booster Club.
Surviving are four sons, Jim, John and Michael, all of Pulaski, and David, Phoenix; two daughters, Linda Clark, Mexico, and Barbara Johnson, Pulaski; a brother, Spike Manwaring, Pulaski; two sisters, Eleanor Miles, Pulaski, and Fritz Dobiac, New Port Richey, Fla., 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Revs. Elizabeth Mowry and Catherine Salisbury officiating. Spring burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
