      Joseph H. Skotnicki II, age 62, life resident of Richland, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021. Joseph was born August 28, 1959, in Watertown, the son of Joseph and Eileen Tilkins Skotnicki. He attended Pulaski Schools. Joseph was married to Suzanne Halsey in 1980. He was self-employed in construction, farming and maintenance.

      Surviving are his wife, Suzanne, two sons, Joseph (Amber) Skotnicki of Pulaski and Joshua (Heather) Skotnicki of Pulaski, daughter, Jessica Skotnicki of Richland, two brothers, Pete Dyer of Pulaski and Daryl Dyer of Pittsburgh, PA, a sister, Beverly Ackley of Adams Center and five grandchildren.

      A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 21st in Richland Cemetery. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
