Notes - Herman (Nick) Revoir, 73, of Hastings, died Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at University Hospital, Syracuse. Born in Central Square, he had lived all of his life in the Central Square- Hastings area. He was employed as a truck driver for the Town of Hastings for over 31 years before retiring in 1992 and was a Korean War Army Veteran. He was predeceased by a son, Douglas in 1978. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, the former, Aletha Walts; four daughters, Cindy (Tony) Yablonski, Sharon Shattell, Brenda Colley and Kathy (Wayne) Houde; three sons, William (Ellen) Revoir, Donald (Cheryl) Revoir and Michael Revoir; two sisters, Frances Hand and Helen Williams; 23 grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2005 at the Watson Funeral Home, Inc., 631 So. Main St., Central Square with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Mallory. Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
