- Newspaper Obituary - September 6, 1995 Post Standard - Alex W. Lang, 78, of 230 Hardenberg Ave., died Monday at Auburn Memorial Hospital. Surviving are his wife, the former Rose Pantusi; six sons, Michael Lang of Owasco, Philip Emmson of Groton and Alan, Dale, Mark and Robert Lang, all of Auburn; a stepson, Calvin Horr of Auburn; four daughters, Cindy Robinson of Moravia, Donna Dyson and Beverly Sylvester, both of Auburn, and Theresa Thurston of Montezuma; two brothers, Francis of Nevada and Ernest of California; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Nicpon Funeral Home. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
