- Newspaper Obituary - July 20, 1989 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Memorial services for Mart H. Allen II, 31, of Old Forge, who died Monday from injuries suffered in an automobile accident, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Niccolls Memorial Presbyterian Church, Old Forge. Mr. Allen was born in Fulton. He was a heavy-equipment mechanic and professional commercial diver. He also was employed with Adirondack League Club. Mr. Allen was a graduate of the U.S. Divers Training Academy. Surviving are his parents, Mart H. and Nancy Allen of Webb; a daughter, Cynthia Ann Allen of Webb; three sisters, Donna Bill of Baldwinsville, Nancy Louise Allen of London, England, and Lisa Vaughn-Jones of Old Forge; his paternal grandmother, Jennie Allen of Phoenix; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Fryer of Old Forge. Eldridge-Groves Funeral Home has charge of arrangements
