    • Newspaper Obituary - April 27, 1967 Oswego County Weeklies - Miss Florence T. Loop, 58, 318 Lock St., Phoenix died Sunday morning following a short illness. She was born in Phoenix and was a life resident, a member of the First Congregational Church. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Velma Bands of the same address; a niece, Miss Verna Bands, Phoenix; and aunt, Mrs. Margaret Horr of New Hartford, and several cousins. Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at the Allanson Glanville Tappan Funeral Home in Phoenix with the Rev. Norman E. Isaman, pastor of the First Congregational Church officiating. Interment in the Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
