She was an elementary-school teacher in the Central Square school district and retired in 1971 from Constantia Elementary. She also taught school in Amboy and Altmar-Parish Williamstown school district. She was a member of Amboy Center United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women's Group. She was a member of Eastern Star in Williamstown. Her husband, Stanley, died in 2000. Survivors: Two sons, ; three sisters, Helen Cornell of Manlius, Frances Moran of North Syracuse and Dorothy Capria of East Syracuse; a brother, Donald William of Brewerton; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in Amboy Center United Methodist Church. Burial, Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Harter Funeral Home, 2983 W. Main St., Parish.
