    • Newspaper Obituary - April 13, 1997 Watertown Daily Times - DELIA M. KRATZ HOMEMAKER - Delia M. Kratz, 91, formerly of River Road, died Friday evening at Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility, where she had resided since August 1993. Mrs. Kratz was a homemaker and a member of Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, Syracuse. Before her marriage, she worked at Crouse-Hinds, Syracuse. Born Nov. 17, 1905, in Mexico, daughter of Elias and Lois Baxter Bloodgood, she attended school in Pulaski. She married Jacob P. Kratz on April 15, 1925, in Syracuse. Mr. Kratz died Aug. 6, 1986. Surviving are a son, David B., Syracuse; two daughters, Norma Miller, Watson, and Mrs. Larry (Dorine) Watson, Belmont; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A daughter, Carol Ann Baldwin, a brother, Alexander Bloodgood, and three sisters, Nellie Headcock, Madge Clohosey and Zirita Meeks, died before her. The funeral will be at the family's convenience. Burial will be in White Chapel Gardens, DeWitt. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Virkler-Percoski Funeral Home.
