Notes - Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, February 26, 1987 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Irene Detwiler - Mexico - Services for Irene Russell Detwiler, 53, of Route 11, who died Tuesday at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home. Spring burial will be New Haven Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 5305 Washington Ave. Mrs. Detwiler was a former resident of Syracuse and had lived in the Mexico-Parish area for six months. She was employed at the Highland Home in Syracuse. Surviving are her husband, Maynard; three daughters, Wanda Maynes of Hannibal, Molly Masters of Parish and Mary Saccoci; two sons, Thomas Davis of Lysander and Mark Bradbury of Syracuse; a sister, Rosemary Borayi of Syracuse; and seven grandchildren.
