Surviving besides his parents are one brother, Anthony Jr; paternal grandmother, Patricia Raff of Oswego; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Jeaks of Fulton; and great maternal grandmother, Jean Kinsman. Private services will be held at the family convienance. Sugar Funeral Home, 220 W. Second St., Fulton has charge of arrangements.
