- Dorothy Jane Mandigo, 94, long-time resident of Port Crane, New York, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Willow Point Nursing Home, Vestal NY. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward C. Mandigo and devoted mother of Richard (Paula) Mandigo of Albany, NY and grandmother of Stephen Mandigo of Saratoga Springs, NY. She was predeceased by her loving daughter Mary Morrison of Sidney, NY., her husband, Edward C. Mandigo, parents and two brothers.
She devoted 69 years of marriage to her husband and family, and was well loved by her friends and community. She never lost her sense of humor and her friendliness, and was devoted to her faith and church.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901, burial will be in the Chenango Valley Cemetery at the convenience of her family. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home on Saturday from 12 Noon until the time of service.
