- BEDFORD, IN-Brian Phillip Blanchard, 44, died Sunday, August 17, 2014, at I.U. Health, Bedford. Born August 22, 1969, in Oswego, N.Y., he was the son of Warren Blanchard and Connie Branchau. He was a graduate of Oswego (NY) High School, Class of 1987; he was very active in Lawrence Co. Alcoholics Anonymous. Surviving are four daughters: Sarah Stroud, Alisha Sandoval, Marissa Clavelli and Brianna Blanchard; two sons, Joseph and Phillip Blanchard; one grandchild, Etzio Stroud; three brothers: Jay Branchau, Jeff Blanchard and Matthew Maynard; two sisters, Mary Ellen Statts and Sonya Nau; his step-father, Robert Branchau; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Mary Blanchard. A Memorial Service was held on September 27, 2014, in Bedford, Indiana, and a burial will be October 11, 2014 at Martville Cemetery, in Martville, New York, at 10:30 a.m.
