    • Evelyn Wolcott Pevert - July 23, 1871 - May 3, 1954. Daughter of Gustavus Henry and Martha Arm Hinman Wolcott. Wife of James Pevert.
      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 6, 1954 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Today for Mrs. J. Pevert - Mrs. Evelyn Pevert, 82, widow of James Pevert, and a long-time resident of Pulaski, died in the Crouse-Irving Hospital in Syracuse, Monday morning where she had been a patient three weeks. She had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Ray Stewart the past ten years and suffered a fracture of the hip three weeks ago. Services will be held today (Thursday) from the Greenleaf Funeral Home in Syracuse at 1:30 p.m. with interment in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Ethel) Stewart of North Syracuse and Mrs. Jessie Neri of Baldwinsville; one son, Albert Marshall, of Albany; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Pevert was born July 23, 1871, in Pulaski the daughter of Gustavus and Martha Hinman Wolcott. She had lived her entire life in Pulaski until moving to North Syracuse. Her husband died in 1929.
