      Earl D. Tryon, 89, of Pulaski died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital.

      Mr. Tryon was a life resident of the Pulaski area. He retired in 1991 after 70 years as the owner and operator of a dairy farm and also had been employed several years with New Process Gear Division of Chrysler Corp. He was a 1921 graduate of Sandy Creek High School.

      Surviving are his wife, Susie E.; a son, E. Douglas of East Fort Myers, Fla.; three daughters, Betty Kuttruff of Syracuse, Barbara Perkins of Pulaski and Jean McMorris of Wellsville; a sister, Dorothy Fisher of Pulaski; 18 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

      Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek.

      Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 7385 Park St.

      Contributions may be made to Northern Oswego County Ambulance.
