    • Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, January 18, 1997 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Jean M. Fister, Homemaker - Jean M. Foster, 47, of 1061 County Route 41, died Thursday evening at her home. She had been ill with cancer. Born April 19, 1949, in Cortland, daughter of Maturin and Leah Redden Hutchinson, she attended Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School, Parish. She married Kenneth C. Foster June 15, 1968. A member of Pulaski Baptist Church, she had resided in the Pulaski, Lacona, Orwell and Altmar areas all her life. Surviving besides her husband are a son, Jeffrey C., Pulaski; two daughters, Lisa M. Foster and Melissa S. Gill, both of Pulaski; her mother, Mrs. Hutchinson, Pulaski; a brother, Robert Hutchinson, Raleigh, North Carolina; two sisters, Carol Gareau, Pulaski, and Cathy Roberts, Baldwinsville; several half sisters; five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert L. Varnam officiating. Spring burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours are 2 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Volunteers of Oswego County Hospice.
