      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, May 25, 1982 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Fulton - Earl Peters, 71, 838 Emery Street, Fulton, was pronounced dead at Lee Memorial Hospital, Fulton, Tuesday morning. Born January 19, 1911 at Fernwood, New York, he was the son of Eli and Lydia Wheaton Peters. He attended the Pulaski school. He married Bernice Wood on March 17, 1939. The couple resided in Fulton all their married life. Peters was employed by the Nestles Company for 40 years. He retired in 1973. Surviving besides his wife, are a son, Clarence N. Peters of Watertown; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce M. Bumard of Parish; a brother, Clarence A. Peters of Pulaski. He has several grandchildren. Nelson J. Peters, his other brother, died on January 15, 1981. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. The Rev. Stanley E. Skinner, retired, will officiate. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
