      Newspaper Obituary - hand dated May 16, 1978 (newspaper unavailable) - Pulaski - Walter N. Manwaring, 78, Manwaring Road, RD 1, died last night in the Oswego Hospital. Born April 22, 1900 in the Town of Richland, he was the son of John and Maude Parker Manwaring. He attended Town of Richland schools and farmed on the family homestead all his life. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Jamison Filsinger and a brother, Richard of Mexico. Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, the Rev. Stanley Skinner, retired Methodist minister, officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
