      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, October 4, 1967 Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Edward T. Wilson, 79, died unexpectedly this morning at his home on Main Street, Richland. Mr. Wilson was born July 7, 1888 in Redfield, son of John and Alice Petrie Wilson and attended the Redfield School. He graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central City Business Institute, Syracuse. Later he worked in the office of Hubbard Drug Company, Syracuse, until his marriage on September 7, 1913 to Miss Anna Dodge of Pulaski. She died in 1943. In 1913 he bought the Anson farm on Route 3 across from Selkirk Shores State Park, operating it for 30 years when he became partner with Fred Moore in a grocery store in Richland. Later he purchased his partner's interest and with his son, John D. Wilson, continued to operate the Red and White Store. Surviving besides his son are his step-mother, Mrs. Effie A. Wilson of Pulaski; a half-brother, Postmaster Hollis A. Wilson, also of this village; and a cousin, Grace Comins, Orwell. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Foster funeral home, the Rev. Nelson RepperL pastor of Park Methodist Church, and the Rev. Harold Barnard, a former pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Richland cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the Richland Methodist Church.
