    • Newspaper Obituary - Monday, May 22, 1989 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Funeral Tuesday For Irene M. Sanderson, 56 - The funeral for Irene M. Sanderson, 56, Tinker Tavern Road, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, with Pastor Robert Harris officiating. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Miss Sanderson took her own life Saturday at her home. State Trooper Eric D. Parsons found the burned body of Miss Sanderson while investigating a brush fire behind her house. He discovered a suicide note inside the house. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 this evening at the funeral home. Surviving are a brother, Stanley E., Mexico; a sister, Edna M. Potter, Syracuse, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Born in Pulaski on March 17, 1933, a daughter of Raymond and Myra Hilton Sanderson, she was graduated from Pulaski High School in 1950 and later from Central City Business Institute. She was last employed by Great Northern Homes. She had previously been employed as a secretary by the General Electric Company, Syracuse.
