  Frederick "Rick" Endsley, Jr. October 21 1947 - October 08 2021 Recommend Frederick's obituary to your Obituary of Frederick Endsley, Jr. Frederick “Rick” Endsley, Jr., age 73, resident of Altmar since 1970, passed away Friday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Rick was born October 21, 1947, in Oswego, the son of Frederick and Dorothy (Ostrander) Endsley, Sr. He attended Pulaski Schools. Rick was employed by the Fulton Companies in Pulaski for 35 years, retiring in 2004. He was a member of the Defiance Fire Department in Altmar for 35 years and a former member of the Oswego County ATV Club. Surviving, are his daughter, Melissa (Charles) LeRoy of Sandy Creek, one son, Scott Endsley of Altmar, one brother, Steve Endsley of Wisconsin and one sister Deborah Wade of Alabama. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, October 14th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, with burial at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the funeral.
