Fay E. Derby, 90, of RD 5, North Division Street Road died Friday at Auburn Memorial Hospital.
He was a communicant of the United Church of Auburn. He was also a former Mason.
Surviving are his wife, Irma Rossman Derby of Throop; a daughter, Jeanne Harmon of Auburn; two sisters, Evelyn Derby and Emily Derby, both of Auburn; two brothers, Frank of Auburn and Payson of Elbridge; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in Fort Hill Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
Contributions may be made to the Throop Fire Department.
