Melissa S. Foster, 48, died on August 10, surrounded by her daughters. Melissa was best known for her charisma and readiness to open her door to anyone who came by. She spent her life learning various trades and having multiple jobs. Melissa’s life was centered around the love she had for her four daughters and their children. A perfect day for her would be spent at the beach with family, laughing and dancing, followed by a big dinner she’d spent the morning preparing. She is survived by multiple children, grandchildren, her two older siblings, father, step-mother, and many more family, friends, and acquaintances. Her funeral will be held at Summerville Funeral Home on August 25, with calling hours being from 4 to 5 and service from 5 to 6 in the evening. Donations can be made in her memory to Credo Community Center in Watertown, NY.
