- Newspaper Obituary - December 20, 2000 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - CATHERINE M. WILDER WATERTOWN NATIVE - Catherine M. Wilder, 50, County Route 52, died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse, from complications of a stroke. Born May 3, 1950, in Watertown, daughter of Edward and Mary Lou Woodruff Cavellier, she was a 1968 graduate of Sandy Creek High School. She lived in Pulaski, Watertown and Sandy Creek before moving to Orwell. A marriage ended in divorce. Mrs. Wilder was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pulaski, and Cable Trail Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8534 Auxiliary, Lacona. Surviving are her companion, Richard Mattison, Orwell; a son, Steven M. Wilder, Pulaski; and a brother, Peter Cavellier, North Syracuse. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
