    • Mary F. Miller, 83, Pulaski, died Thursday at Loretto Heights Nursing Home, Oswego. Born Dec. 3, 1922, in the town of Albion, daughter of Arthur and Frances Hurd Chapman, she graduated from Altmar Union School. She married Arleton Miller in 1941. He died in July 1971. Surviving are a son, Paul E., Pulaski; a sister, Susan Heltkugler, Pennsylvania; two brothers, James Chapman, Syracuse, and Vannie Chapman, Elbridge; a stepbrother, Walter Stevenson, Texas; five stepsisters, Paula Montclair, Parish, Helen Britton, Williamstown, Florence King, Ricard, Barbara Knott, Elbridge, and Catherine Higley, Utah; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. A son, Gilbert A. Miller, and a daughter, Marilyn Frances Miller, died before her. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway
