    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday January 26, 1922 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - Alexander E. Bloodgood, aged 3 years, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Elias Bloodgood entered into rest January 15, 1922. Internment in Mexico Cemetery. We loved him, yes we loved him, but angels loved him more. And they have sweetly called him to yonder shining shore. And the Golden Gates were opened and a gentle voice said, com, and he gently entered home. And the little chair is vacant which never can be filled; but we know he now is happy with angels band above, for he is resting mid the flowers that bloom forever there.
