Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, April 10, 1956 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Floyd E. Rupracht, 67, died Monday afternoon at his home in Pulaski, RD, following a long illness. Mr. Rupracht was born August 17, 1889, in Woodard, New York, the son of Fred and Carrie Woodruff Rupracht. He had lived in this vicinity for 34 years and had been a farmer and cattle dealer for 40 years. He was also a 40-year member of the Albion Center Grange. Surviving are his wife, Brownie Ackley Rupracht; one daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Greenwood, Pulaski; three brothers, Fred and Clarence Rupracht of Pulaski and Clyde Rupracht of Pierrepont Manor; three sisters, Mrs. William Rice and Mrs. Winfred Walker, both of Oswego, and Mrs. Guy Phillips of Parish; one grandson and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 at the Foster funeral home Park Street. Rev. W. Russell Clark, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate and burial will be in Willis cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
