- Newspaper Obituary - Sunday, April 5, 1992 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Stanley E. Sanderson, 70, Dies At His Home - Stanley E. Sanderson, 70, of Route 104B, died Friday at his home. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. The Rev. Elizabeth Mowry, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, will officiate. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Donations may be made to the McFee Ambulance Corp. He is survived by his wife, Shirley R.; a daughter, Heather A. Pepper, Oswego; two stepsons, Gary W. Greenwood of Orwell and Keith J. Greenwood, Pulaski; a sister, Edna Potter, Syracuse; four grandsons and several nieces and nephews. Born January 15, 1922, in Pulaski, the son of Raymond and Myra Hilton Sanderson, he attended Pulaski district schools. He had resided in Pulaski until 1987, when he moved to Mexico. He married Shirley Rupracht on March 7, 1960. He retired from Hammermill Paper Co. in 1984, after working there for many years. Mr. Sanderson was previously owned and operated Sanderson Greenhouses for several years. He also was employed by Schoeller Paper Co., Pulaski.
