    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 12, 1990 Geneseo County Express - Peggy Hocking - Peggy E. Brown, 47, of Route 63 in Groveland Station died Saturday (July 7, 1990) in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, after a long illness. Born June 16, 1943, she was a daughter of George Brown and Cora Ford Walker. A member of the Springwater Church of the Nazarene, she was also a member of the Rochester Area MS Chapter, Geneseo Branch. Surviving in addition to her mother are two daughters, Jodi Hocking of Dorchester, Mass., and Sandra Hocking of Syracuse; a son, Jeffrey Hocking of Groveland; a brother, Gary Brown of LeRoy; a sister, Linda Spadaro of LeRoy, nieces and nephews. A service was conducted Tuesday afternoon in the Chamberlain Funeral Home of Dansville with the Rev. Donald Lain officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, York. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
