    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 15, 1883 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - In this village, Sunday, November 11, 1883, Almira Weed, aged 79 years. Mrs. Weed was the widow of Townsend Weed, long since deceased, and a prominent citizen of this village. Mrs. Weed came to this village with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Maltby, seventy-two years ago and has always lived here since that time. She was for many years a member of the Pulaski Congregational church. Two of the children and two of the grandchildren of Mrs. Weed, have been compositors in this office. It was noteworthy of her that she never spoke against anyone, but always kindly if at all. Only two children survivor, Mr. Ira T. Weed and Mrs. Abram Davids.
