    • Newspaper Obituary - December 12, 2012 Syracuse Post Standard - Suzanne M. Morris, 58, a life resident of Orwell, passed away Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. Suzanne was born December 28, 1953, in Oswego, the daughter of Charles and Shirley Potter Smith. She graduated from Sandy Creek High School in 1971. Suzanne married Gene Morris on June 16, 2007. She was previously employed by Oswego County at the Pulaski Courthouse for 10 years. She was a member of the Vorea Community Church. Surviving: her husband, Gene; one son, Mike Smith of Pulaski; two brothers, Ronald Smith of Orwell and Mark Smith of Scriba; two sisters, Diane Smith and Joan Waite, both of Pulaski; two grandsons; one nephew; and several nieces. Suzanne was predeceased by one brother, Glen D. Smith, who died July 4, 2006. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Vorea Community Church, 12 Waggoner Road, Richland, NY, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski. Donations may be made to the Central New York Region, 6390 Fly Road, 2nd Floor, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
