Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 16, 1977 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - F. Woodmancy dies at 60 - Franklin L. Woodmancy, 60, of R. D. 1 Pulaski, died Sunday, March 13 at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was a graduate of Tully High School and was employed by the DeWitt Transportation Company of Syracuse. He was a 40-year member of the Teamster's Union, Local 317. Surviving are his wife, the former Deanna Tooley; his parents, Leon and Hazel Woodmancy of Apulia Station; four sons, Franklin L. II, Derek J., Donald B. and Robert, all of Pulaski; two daughters, Mrs. Doris Maitland of Oswego and Mrs. Lori Jo Mitchell of Parish; a brother, Paul of Fulton; two sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Beckley of Baldwinsville and Mrs. Jean Fuller; and nine grandchildren. Private services will be at the convenience of the family at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery, Richland.
