Newspaper Obituary - Saturday January 17, 1998 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Harold T. Corey, Richland Native - Harold T. Corey, 86, North Jefferson Street, a native of Richland, died Thursday at Pontiac Nursing Home, Oswego. A life resident of the Pulaski area, Mr. Corey was employed by Butler Lumber & Fuel Co. He was also was a farmer for many years. Born November 20, 1911, at Richland, a son of Lancin and Lena Ivens Corey, he married Helen D. Clobridge May 3, 1937. She died in 1978. He married Marjorie J. Carey in 1983. She died in August 1990. Surviving are two sons, Edward, Lacona, and Harold "Sonny," Liverpool; three daughters, Joyce Hudson, Fulton, Rose Hudson, Oswego, and Shirley King, Lacona; a brother, John, Oswego; a sister, Laura Smith, Parish, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son, William, died in infancy. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Catherine Salisbury officiating. Spring burial will be in Daysville Cemetery. Calling hours are 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
