    • Newspaper Obituary - February 4, 2006 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - Jennie M. Thomas February 3, 2006 - Jennie M. Thomas, 97, of Williamstown, NY, died February 3, 2006. She lived in the Williamstown-Amboy area most of her life. Jennie owned and operated a dairy farm in Amboy for 40 years. She was a member of the Amboy Methodist Church. On October 17, 1927, she married Lawrence D. Thomas in Pulaski; he died in 1955. She is survived by one son, Albert W. Thomas, Williamstown; three grandchildren, Larry Thomas, Williamstown, Beth Farley, Williamstown, Marlo Thomas-Smith, Central Square; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Gladys Thomas, Watertown, Margaret McMahon, Sacketts Harbor, Beverly and Gordon Ross, Baltimore; one brother, Vernon Towsley, Lee Center; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Sunday at 7 p.m. from the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Camden, NY. Spring interment, Salmon River Cemetery, Pineville, NY. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 109 Main St. Memorial contributions to Alzheimer's and Related Disorders, Yorkville, NY 13494.
