      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, December 13, 1911 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Local Notes - Mrs. Frances Philbrick, aged sixty-five years, widow of Willis C. Philbrick, passed away Thursday morning, after an illness of nearly two years. Mrs. Philbrick was born in this town and had lived here about a quarter of a century. She is survived by a son, Clarence M. Philbrick, of this village, and a brother and sister, Eben H. Rathbun, Mexico, and Mrs. Elizabeth Biddlecom, Norwich, Pennsylvania. The funeral services were held at the house Saturday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. _.
