    • Newspaper Obituary - September 19, 1946 Pulaski Democrat - Stroke Fatal To Mrs. John Mattison - Mrs. Antoinette Mattison, 70, widow of John A. Mattison, who was a former claim adjuster for the New York Central railroad, died last Wednesday night in University hospital, Syracuse, after a short illness. Mrs. Mattison, who had been in apparent good health, suffered a stroke Tuesday evening and was taken to the hospital. She was born in New York City, July 15, 1876, but had spent much of her life in Pulaski. She is survived by two sons, John of Buffalo and Donald Mattison of Utica, and a daughter, Mrs. Harry M. Tollerton, Pulaski. Services were conducted at the Foster funeral home, by Rev. Albert S. Hoag, St. James Episcopal church, with burial in Pulaski cemetery. Mr. Mattison died Sept 11, 1935 and was buried Sept 14. just 11 years prior to the death and funeral of Mrs. Mattison.
