      Newspaper Article - Wednesday, April 22, 1896 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Port Ontario - Abner Vorce, nearly 76 years old, is being treated for a cancer on his ear, a part of the year being gone.

      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 6, 1901 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Port Ontario - Mr. Abner Vorce, died of heart failure February 28, 1901, aged 83 years, 3 months and 4 days, having lived in this section, with the exception of a few years that he lived in Canada, all his life. He leaves an aged wife and three children, Mrs. Jane Wilson of this place, Lester and Marcellus, who are living in Canada. Funeral was held from the house on Saturday, March 2. Services conducted by Rev. C. H. Guile, Pulaski, interment at Sand Hill.
