Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 6, 1896 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Local Notes - The remains of Richard Ehle were laid at rest in Woodlawn Cemetery on Monday. Mr. Ehle was for many years a resident of this town. Later he resided at Port Ontario, where he was customs officer under Collector Lyman. Mr. Ehle went to the war from here and was ever a valiant soldier and genial gentlemen. His funeral was attended by several members of Post Barney. -Sandy Creek News.
