    • Mr. Frank B. Rickard, 89, native of Dugway and life long resident of Pulaski arid vicinity died early yesterday motning at the home of his nephew, William A. Rickard in the house in which he was born.

      He was born in Dugway, March 5, 1854, son of Archibald and Sophia Cook Rickard. He came to Pulaski in 1881 and bought the trucking business from the late Charles Halsey. He operated this
      business until he retired and sold it to Floyd Dingman.

      About 1882 he was married to Miss Sarah Miller who died. He was again married about 1891 to Miss Mary Maltby,who survives him.

      Other survivors are C. Roy Rickard, Watertown; Edwjm M. Rickard, New York City; Mrs. Dugal (Sarah) Campbell, Great Neck; Mrs. Edward (Isabelle) Parker,. Pulaski; Mrs. Leonard (Edna) Wheeler, Sherburne; 13 grandchildren and
      2 great grandchildren.

      Funeral are not yet complete.
