Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, July 22, 1913 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Surrounded by loved ones whose every thought for her recovery had been put into loving service, Mrs. Alice Robinson, wife of Mr. Parley L. Hardy, of Port Ontario, closed her eyes and fell asleep to the scenes of this life, last Wednesday forenoon. Mrs. Hardy was born July 5, 1850. She married Parley Hardy March 17, 1867. Her life was a sweet, home loving, friend cheering life. She did what she could to make her family and friends happy and, though she had been afflicted for some years with a painful bodily condition she bore her trials with Christian fortitude and died with a sweet word of hope falling from her lips, "Beautiful." Her funeral was largely attended from the home, Saturday afternoon, Rev. E. A. Rogers, of Pulaski, officiating. She leaves her husband, and two sons, Fred, of Pulaski, and Claude who lived at her home; one brother, Ward Robinson, of Michigan and one sister, Mrs. Frank Burdick, of Mexico.
