- Harold W. Hill
Funeral services were held January 22, 1982 at Beach Tuyn Funeral Home, Williamsville, for Harold W. Hill, a well known Buffalo businessman for thirty-seven years. Burial was in Morningside Cemetery, Syracuse.
Mr. Hill of Snyder, died Tuesday, January 19, 1982 at St. Joseph's Inter-community Hospital, Cheektowago, after a brief illness. He was Pulaski native and operated the Harold W. Hill Hardware Co. in Buffalo until the time of his death.
The firm was founded in 1945. Before that, he was a district representative for Acme White Lead and Colorworks in Buffalo, Philadelphia, Boston, New York and the middle west.
His wife, Blanche Stout, died in 1971. His brother, the late Enos Hill, Jr. of Pulaski died in 1937.
He is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Ezra (Dorothy) Williams and Mrs. E. Carl (Elizabeth) Matheson of Henderson Harbor and a grand-nephew, E. Harold Williams of Watertown.
He was a member of the Pulaski Lodge F. & A.M. Oswego County and the Ismailia Shrine Temple of Buffalo. Also, the Buffalo Businessmen's Club
