    • Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 5, 1881 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - Muzzy - At Wilton Centre, Illinois, April 23d, 1881, Thomas J. Muzzy, aged 77 years. The deceased was a brother of Rev. L. Muzzy of this village. He came to Richland with his father in 1817. who settled on the Newton Thompson farm, which was for years known as the Muzzy homestead. He was a member of the Baptist communion, uniting originally with the church at Sandy Creek. About 35 years ago deceased left for the West, where he has ever since resided
