    • Mary Jane Peters Murray - May 31, 1871 - December 18, 1960. Daughter of John and Elizabeth Hutchings Peters. Wife of James Murray.

      Newspaper Obituary - December 1960 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Mrs. Mary Jane (Matie) Murray,-,89, widow of James Murray, died Sunday at the home of a son, Roy Murray, Syracuse Road. She had been ill a short time. The funeral will be Thursday afternoon at 2 in the Taylor funeral home with Rev. W. Russell Clark, pastor of the Park Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the spring in South Richland cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mrs. Murray is survived by two sons, Roy, with whom she lived for years; Clarence [line missing] and 20 great-grandchildren. She was born May 31, 1871 in the town of Richland, a daughter of John and Eliza Hutchings Peters. She was later married to Mr. Murray and spent her entire life in the Pulaski area. Mr. Murray died February 14, 1940. Mrs. Murray was a member of Park Methodist church.
