      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, May 9, 1957 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - II. John Jordal, aged 4, died Tuesday evening at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. Eva Manwaring near Daysville. His death was due to accidental drowning. He was born in Oswego, January 1, 1953, the son of Calvin and June Manwaring Jordal. Surviving with his parents are his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Manwaring; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Jordal, Mexico; one sister, June Evalina; three brothers, Herman, Donald and Otto all of Pulaski. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Taylor Funeral Home in Pulaski with Rev. Donald George pastor of Fernwood Baptist Church officiating. Interment in South Richland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 7-9 Thursday evening and 2-4 and 7-9 on Friday.
