      Newspaper Obituary - Sunday, September 5, 1993 Syracuse Herald American - Syracuse, New York - Ruth H. Pringle, 88, of 100 Rochester Street, Towpath Towers, died Friday. A native of Orwell, she lived in Fulton for many years. Her husband Raymond died in 1985. Surviving are brother, Elton Hilton of Pulaski; a nephew, Carl Peters of Pulaski; three nieces, Rosemary Felio of Pulaski, Shirley Fisher of Wisconsin and Mildred Green of Camden. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton. Burial will be at South Richland Cemetery in the town of Richland. Calling hours will be 2 to 3 p.m.. Sunday at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
