Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, March 13, 1974 The Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Central Square ¬Paul W. Barnard, 68, of Mallory Street, died Monday at his home after a long illness. A native of the Town of Richland, he lived in Cicero before moving to Central Square eight years ago. He had retired as a truck driver. Surviving are his wife, the former Mabel Atkinson; a step-son, Bruce Atkinson; three step-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Wallace Hicks of North Syracuse. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Watson Funeral Home, the Rev. Holland Maughan officiating. Burial will be in Daysville Cemetery, Pulaski. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. tonight.
